1. Primary single roller flexible separation
The crushing roller of the single roller primary crusher works in conjunction with the hydraulic driven pushing device, resulting in high crushing efficiency. The combination of low speed and movable buffer plate can achieve flexible separation. The wear-resistant parts on the crushing roller use the standard breaking blade of an asphalt milling machine, which has good wear resistance and is easy to replace.
2. Classification system
The equipment uses a high-frequency vibration motor as the driving force to drive the screen to vibrate (the screen body does not move), solving the problem of RAP material blocking below 4.75mm and achieving high-speed tapping of materials. This structure combines conventional vibrating screens and vibrating screens into one, and a vibrating screen can screen three types of materials, reducing equipment occupation and saving costs.
3. Secondary roller flexible separation
The double roll secondary crusher is equipped with two sets of crushing rollers arranged in a cross manner, one of which is equipped with a spring tensioning device. The gap between the crushing rollers can be adjusted through the spring tensioning device to adjust the particle size and output of the crushed material. Compared with hammer crushing and impact crushing, roller crushing has less damage to the grading of RAP raw aggregate. The roller speed is low and the impact of the crushing method is small, extending the service life of the equipment. At the same time, there is almost no dust generated during on-site work.
